I usually get my pedicure done by Jenny, and she does a good job with cleaning and callus removal. I recently tried the luxury pedicure, and it was an amazing, relaxing experience. I recommend.

Everything is EXCELLENT!! I got the Deluxe pedicure and it was amazing. I’m a regular customer and I’m always happy with the service and outcome.

These pictures are from the day of ( 22 September) I usually do my nails myself but I wanted to try something new. She asked me what I told her that my goal was to keep my length and add a tip to make it longer and stronger. Because I have a very hard time growing my nails out. I also showed her a picture of my inspiration picture, I told her that I wanted that almond shape the same exact thing. And the first thing she did was cut off my natural nails that I had been growing out for 3 weeks I was devastated, especially because I had just told her that my goal was to let my nails grow. I understand that there is a language barrier maybe she doesn’t understand French very well but it was heartbreaking. And when she added the tips I noticed that some of them were not large enough for my nails and part of my nail was hanging out from the side and she said oh it’s ok . I decided to trust her but as you can see from some of the pictures she could not fix it because the base wasn’t large enough. Also my nails are not the shape I wanted at all it’s pointy and chubby. I asked her very nicely if she could round the tips like the picture and she said ok but she did it very fast and it honestly didn’t make much of a difference. Also some nails were painted with dust and other particles of the nail and we can still see the dust that is trapped in the nail and it doesn’t look good at all. Overall a bad experience. I know that I was her last client and that she wanted to go home like anyone else nearing the end of their shift but she could’ve and should’ve taken more time with the overall shape of the nail.

I'm very pleased with this Regal Nails Salon compared to others of the same chain. They have a very good service. I never have to wait when I come for my appointment. The girls are very friendly. I had my nails done by Rose last week and it's the best manicure I have ever had. She takes time so the finish is perfect. I absolutely recommend Regal Nails (Robert Bourassa Laval).
